For our Healthcare Sector in Shanghai, we are looking for a Sr. Financial Analyst at the earliest opportunity.
What are the responsibilities?
- Support for manufactory set up
- Provide technical accounting advice within area of expertise to functional or operational areas managers to help them develop revenue and expense budgets, understand financial reports, and manage their financial responsibilities.
- Reconcile accounts, prepare journal entries, and maintain a complete and accurate general ledger in accordance with accounting principles and reporting schedule so that the organization has full and accurate statement of its financial position.
- Provide necessary schedules and documentation for internal and external audit purposes.
- Assets Management and process control, including, but not limited, draft the implementation process according to Siemens related Guidelines, organize the assets stocktaking etc., ensure the accuracy of the assets booking
Collect, compile, verify, and analysis financial information and prepare financial reports, accounting statements and management reports so that senior management has accurate and timely information for making financial decisions. These reports may include analysis report of sales, cost, expenses, assets, cash flow and profit and loss statements, balance sheets, depreciation statements, cash flow, debtor and creditor lists, repayment schedules, regulatory reports and filings. join the work of preparing Budget/Forecast and planning
- Coordinate daily financial and accounting work, including cash/Bank/AR/AP/ICC/Assets/GL.
- Other related projects or tasks assigned by supervisor or company
What do I need to qualify for this job?
- Working experience as Project controlling
- At least 5 years in Finance Analysis, Controlling or Auditing related fields, familiar with finance theories and practices..
- Ability to provide leadership in many situations and with using different communication methods both remotely and face to face. Ability to work well with staff and customers from diversified international and domestic backgrounds.
- Effective communication skills both written and verbal in both Chinese and English
- Having a thorough knowledge of Company Procedures and Policies
- Deep understanding of the finance theories and practices and developments.
- Relevant and demonstrable knowledge of SAP system
- Excellent knowledge and skill of office software
- Strong cooperation and coordination abilities. Excel under pressure. Persuit for perfection. Integrity.
