Main responsibilities:
-Recruit right candidates for open positions
-Together with business managers, develop and implement talent management strategy and program
-Guide and coach line managers to develop and retain talents
-Facilitate annual talent management process, such performance review, individual development planning, potential evaluation, promotion, salary adjustment/variable bonus discussion
-Assist line managers on poor performance management, disciplinary action if needed
-Work with other HR function on process improvement
-Based on business needs, initiate change/organization development project


Requirement:
-Around 8 year general HR management experience in multinational company
-Business Acumen
-Logical and strategic thinking
-Customer-oriented
-Influence and coaching skill
-Self starter
-Fluency in English
-Bachelor degree or above
