Distribution Channel Development Supervisor

Report to: Senior Manager, Dealer Development

Job Description:

?Accountable for distribution channel development for China Hardware market and building up relationship with local channel partner.

?Arrange regular channel assessment with necessary business training and sales promotion solutions to improve the performance to accomplish sales targets.

?Organize and support local area marketing activities with dealers and maintain a database of prospects.

?Meet assigned customer referral, activity and net growth targets.

?Analyze and interpret business results and devise action plans accordingly.

Job Requirements:

?Bachelor degree or above

?Minimum 5 years’ experience in sales or distribution channel development

?Good communication ability in Chinese and English

?Ability to represent the firm to senior client management

?Strong organization skills to handle a large client portfolio (existing clients and prospects)

?Strong presentation skills and bargaining skills.

?Have sound knowledge of local market and relevant contacts

?Self-driven and deliver results based on agreed targets

?Able to work flexible/long hours, independent, enthusiastic and persistent
