Job Description

Title: Retail Sales Supervisor （建材，五金及相关行业）
Report to: Retail Sales Leader

Responsibilities:

1. Promote products in the retail end-users (big box/Supermarket/Chain Store).

2. Identify market opportunities and establish new customers to drive sales in assigned region (Shanghai, Wuxi, Ningbo, Hangzhou and Nanjing).

3. Identify and develop city distributor channel.

4. Ensure the highest level of service to customers through proper management of channel distributor, optimum level of inventory and smooth operations of all retail stores.

5. Provide recommendations on opening and closing of shops and update senior management of latest competitor’s activities.

6. Provide customers updated information and related reports on the project status.

Qualifications/Requirements

1. University degree

2. Solid and relevant experience in managing retail operations

3. Process a can-do attitude and with aggressive mind-set to be successful

4. Strong negotiation and communication skills as well as presentation skills

5. Good communications in both verbal and written English

6. Knowledge for retail operation KPI

7. Strong coaching skills
