Job Title: Recruitment Consultant
Location: Beijing
JOB PURPOSE:
The recruitment specialist is an expert who is responsible for recruiting and staffing employees (permenant staffs, contractors, Interns). The RS ensures that the any standard objects and recruitment process are set up according to defined timelines.
ORGANIZATIONAL CONTEXT:

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
· Be familiar with recruitment process and channel management
· Assist to project manager for recruiting preparation and follow recruiting process.
· Activities are based on the guidelines as described in Client-CI’s Service Level Agreement.
· Set up, manage and keep up-to-date talent pool and other documents in such a way that any relevant information can be presented promptly
· Communicate with external relations on a professional level.
JOB-HOLDER ENTRY REQUIREMENTS:
Education:
Bachelor degree or above, preferably in Recruitment experience(at least 1 years) in headhunting industry or staffing industry.
Experience & knowledge:
· Minimum 3 years working experience
· Over 1 years in staffing consulting field
Core competencies:
· Good command of English both in spoken and written
· Excellent communicative skills and a professional attitude
· Common sense, efficiency and flexibility
· Has an eye for details
· Adequate knowledge of common softwares is required.
