BCM - Broker & Client Management

Duties &

Responsibilities:

· Maintain and establish relationship with Tier 1 and 2 brokers in Beijing and North region

· Develop direct relationship and business opportunities with Chinese state-owned enterprises and coordinate with the brokers who might be involved

· Work with product lines to promote AIG brand and products in order to achieve the allocated GWP budget for broker channel

Candidate

Specification:

· Have an experience in non-life insurance sector of at least five years, a Construction/Energy background is a plus

· Excellent marketing sense and sales skills

· Experienced in servicing and dealing with major state-owned enterprises accounts is preferred

· Have potential in managing people

· Fluent in both spoken and written English

· Good communication skills

· University graduate or above
