Job Statement
Responsible for the development process, planning and organising inspection activities and leading inspection team to fulfil daily job.

Job Duties & Responsibilities

？ To ensure the quality of products sourced by Metso Minerals are accord with company quality standards
？ Responsible for development process, planning and organizing inspection activities in warehouse or at local supplier site.
？ Measuring tools daily maintenance and calibration
？ Inspection document finishing and archiving
？ Supplier document finishing and archiving
？ Analysis and diagnosis of defective products
？ Responsible for safety and environment protection in the working area



Relationship:
Assist the following staff with the dissemination of information
？ Supplier Quality Engineer, Sourcing Engineer, Logistics Coordinator and Warehouse Manager
Authorities (within QA/QC team)

Financial approvals

Operational approvals

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

？ Technical training/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
？ Minimum 5 years work experience in QA/QC ,preferably in machinery plants or Foundry
？ Well versed in ISO9000 or TS16949
？ Proficient in English and Mandarin
？ Process strong leadership, communication and writing skills
？ Non-destructive skills advance
？ Proficiency in Microsoft Office
