Job Descriptions:
This position is required to work with the relevant resource persons such as line managers, in-country HR, sub region China HR for the management of assignees in to China and domestic relocations and temporary assignments within China.
As position holder has a high number of interfaces – with assignees, country HR, IMP teams, business line managers and various IMP service vendors, this requires the incumbent to prioritize work on a daily basis to ensure that tight deadlines are met at all times.
As a member of the Asia IMP team, the position provides support to assignees, the Asia IMP team, and the in-country IMP members in China.
PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES
This position reports to the HR IMP supervisor and is responsible for:
- The position will be focused on expats work permits and residence permits application
- Ensuring that the terms and conditions relating to assignment/relocation programs are implemented fairly and consistently and in line with the IMP or China Domestic Relocation/Temporary Assignment policies
- Initiating/implementing appropriate host country services for assignees including but not limited to immigration, etc.
- Responsible for collecting data and complete reporting of international assignments in China.
- Developing and maintaining excellent working relationships with home and host HR functions and Global IMP Team to successfully coordinate the end-to-end process for international assignments
- Others assigned by manager
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor degree
- Fluent in English (essential) and the languages associated
- At least 1 year’s Exposure to a Business/Office Environment (intern, work experience, etc) preferably in MNC
- Interpersonal skills
- Team player
- Communications
- Planning and prioritizing own workload to meet deadlines
- Working under time pressure and as part of a team"
