Job Descriptions：
- On-boarding and off-boarding process
- Employee enquires answering & supports including letter generation, stamping and dispatching to employees out office
- Employee p-file Management
- Recruitment on-site supports
- Training on-site supports
- Communicate with respective with local governments（labor government etc.）
- Communicate with Syngenta HR Service vendors for local implementation（Fesco etc.）
- Any other HR related tasks which require performing locally
Job Requirements：
- 1-2 year HR related experiences, MNC background is preferred
- Proficient English on reading and writing, and good oral English
- Good communication skill with coordination capability
- Strong sense of service, efficiency, down to earth
