职位描述

Mainly Responsibilities:
1. Manage research projects, in terms of process and timing. Set the time table for all the research projects, manage the time tale, organize the right person to get alignment, and make sure the project key milestone is delivered on time.
2. Ensure the execution of the research is in high quality. Understand the research design background and research objective, make sure the questionnaire is designed against the proposal, the translation is correct, the field work is executed according to SOP, the data has no error, and the report is delivered against the right format.
3. Provide or get the right document support for the research. Understand what document is needed and who should prepare the document, and provide the right document support in the right stage of the research.
4. Regularly track the research budget status. Timely update the budget for each project, and generate the budget tracking report for insight mangers.
5. Follow up the PO#, and Process the payment. Provide support for PO# generation, and prepare the right document to process the payment, and follow up the payment process to make sure agency receive the payment on time.
6. Support Insight team on Administration. Manage the Insight team’s calendar and do the administration work for Insight department

Requirements:
1. At least 1-2 yrs Marketing research background, bachelor degree or above, project experiences and administration background will be a plus
2. OTC/ FMCG/ retail industry background is preferred
3. Strong command of both oral and written English skill
4. Logical capability with strong sense of data analysis
5. Nice personality with good communication skill
