Major Responsibilities:

1. Proactively support customer in trim development, executing their product vision on trim while achieving the best quality/price/ ratio.

2. Source and evaluate trim suppliers with proper procedure, to support current and future business needs.

3. Centralize and consolidate trim development and supplier planning, and negotiate best package of prices and conditions with suppliers.

4. Develop necessary quality standard and testing requirement of all concerned trim categories, and follow up on quality claim case and analysis.

5. Ensure trim suppliers follow the company's requirement, by working closely with suuply chain management team.

6. Support 3rd parties from other Asian countries (Indonesia, Bangladesh, etc.) for trim sourcing and supplier communication with consolidated supplier resources.

7. Create and maintain trim databank and PLM, to be updated in time with accurate and necessary information

8. Set up trim library, to match with the databank, and make it available to Merchandising, Product Line Manager and QA teams.

5. Solid presentation and communication skills in both written and spoken English and Mandarin
