职位描述
Key Responsibilities:
? assist team manager and help consultants to delivery KPIs
? supervise database quality
? registration and data maintenance of candidate and client information in the profile system
? manage client job advertisement database and job postings on the internet
? help consultant to make monthly reimbursement and supervise authenticity
? type candidate CVs and client JDs in standard format in accordance with corporate guidelines
? promptly answer any telephone calls in 3 rings and take accurate messages, pass to team members in time
? manage team diaries, meeting minutes, events, order lunch and overtime meal
? contact window to coordinate related work with Admin Department, Finance Department, Marketing Department and other functional team
? ad-hoc administrative duties
Requirements:
? at least three to five years’ solid secretarial, administration and/or PA experience
? sound knowledge of PC applications (Internet, E-mail, MS Office)
? experience in managing MS Outlook calendar is desirable
? fluent in spoken and written English
? typing speed: 120w/60s
? responsible and proactive attitude with excellent interpersonal skills
? an independent personality who can work well alone and/or with colleagues in a multinational fast-paced environment
