Job Description

1 AP invoice verification and booking.

2 AP payment preparation and booking

3 Weekly cash forecast and monthly AP report.

4 Reconcile with vendors and agents, ensure account balance is correct.

5 Monthly GRIR clean and clear, ensure no data more than three months.

6 Fixed assets management.

7 Employees expense reimbursement and payment booking.

8 Other adhoc issue assigned from CR manager or FD.

9 support for annual audit

Requirements

1 More than 3 years in accounting

2 Be familiar with excel, word, SAP is preferred

3 Strong in communication and interpersonal skills

4 Fluent English both oral and written
