Job Description岗位职责:

1. Daily trouble shooting, repair and installation of low and high voltage (single/three phase) industrial electromechanical & control systems for utility & production equipment;
2. Write procedures, work instructions and maintains records of repairs and calibrations. Assist in maintaining documentation for equipment, control and building power system installations;
3. Work independently with Programmable Logic Controllers and related components when in trouble shooting required. Be able to obtain back-up PLC programs from a server to reload and reboot PLC programs to restore faulted equipment. Assist with system startups and operational checkouts on systems including configuration, wiring, calibration, grounding and power testing. Diagnoses cause of electrical or mechanical malfunction or failure of equipment or systems repairs or replaces defective components;
4. Experienced in the use of electrical diagnostic equipment such as multimeters, amp clamps and mergers to test electrical circuits and components to locate shorts, faulty connections, defective parts and replaces or repairs to suite;
5. Must read and interpret electrical and electronic drawings, schematics, blueprints, engineering drawings and sketches to determine problem and make appropriate repairs;
6. Examine and test components and support systems to ensure that they are in compliance with all standards and regulations;
7. Must be competent to make electrical/mechanical diagnostic evaluation and prescribe corrective action;
8. Test and calibrate electrical/electronic systems and components to ensure that they are operating properly or locate defects;
9. Devises, sets up and operates electronic instrumentation and related electro mechanical or electro pneumatic/hydraulic apparatus used for operation of mechanical or electrical equipment or drives.?

Professional Requirements专业资质要求：

1. Bachelor degree or above, majored in Electrical automation, Electromechanical engineering or related;
2. More than 2 years working experience of writing, programming, and trouble-shooting Programmable Logic Controllers (Siemens S7 preferred);
3. Complete understanding of Plant electrical systems, including DC voltage and AC voltage from 24V to 480V;
4. Be able to read, interpret, and modify electrical prints and schematics and document all self created changes.
5. General understanding and hands on experience with explosion proof and intrinsically safe work environments;
6. Complete understanding of relay and discrete device control systems;
7. Proficiency in electrical installations with conduit and wiring practices;
8. Experience with plant floor automation and office Ethernet, Device Net, Control Net network wiring and Fiber optic Networks.
9. Fluent English skills, both in speaking and writing.
