职位描述
Responsibilites:
-Planning of project activities and local study timelines based on marketing objective
-Tracking study progress (e.g. local investigator meeting, initiation meeting, review meeting), ensuring the quality and assessing overall status of the project.
-Manage the project budget
-Coordinate and arrange all project trial master files for archiving at the end of the study.
-To ensure the company or sponsor SOPs, GCP and study protocols are adhered to.
-Track study progress and ensure project are conducted according to the plan.
-Identify key issues and evaluate strategies to ensure the trial's timeline and budget
-Communicate with the team on new study information, study timelines and goals, study requirements.
- Communicate with sponsor for overall status of the project and issues
-Provide ongoing training to staff with regards to ICH-GCP, study protocol and requirements.
Skills/Experience
Bachelor's Degree or above from accredited institution.
Degree in Life Sciences preferred.
Fluent in the English language and local languages as applicable
Minimum of 3 years clinical research experience;
Clinical research based managerial/supervisory experience; Prior CRO experience is preferable
Ability to travel as needed;
Ability to work independently
