Job responsibilities:

1. Responsible for daily HR operation including HR planning, recruitment, performance management, training, employee relationship, culture development, etc

2. Develop and implement Human Resources strategies, goals and processes according to the company business strategies;

3. Prepare monthly/quarterly/yearly HR expense and headcount planning, forecasting and budgeting;

4. Keep close communication with the business apartments and act as an business partner to provide professional HR advice on daily operations;
5.Review and analyze HR related data to identify trends and recommend solutions.

Job requirements:

1. Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience and education;

2.8+ years HR experiences, plus 2+ years HR manager experience, working in the pharm company preferred;

3. Proficiency in both spoken and written English;

4. Familiar with local labor law;

5. Able to maintain good relationships with different departments;

6. Team player, smart and flexible.
