职位描述
任职要求：
1. 具有在影视公司或游戏公司从事过插画设计师或概念美术师的工作经验；
2. 对游戏美术人才培养事业有一定认识和较大的兴趣；
3. 能够很好的运用Photoshop和Painter进行设计创作；
4. 具备扎实的解剖原理和角色设计能力，能够创建多种不同风格的生物、角色；
5. 能够很好的运用视觉方法讲故事，包括: 构图、透视和色彩原理；
6. 具有杰出的场景设计能力，能够创建有机/无机的多种风格的室外、室内环境；
7. 扎实的传统美术和平面设计技能；
8. 了解基本的3D模型和动画流程概念；
9. 具有为代理项目和/或原创IP做概念设计的经验；
10. 具备为产品发行创作插画和海报的经验；
11. 具有很好的人际交往和沟通能力；
12. 年龄在25岁以上，具有2年或以上从事影视、游戏制作的经验。
岗位职责：
1. 设定原画教学课程标准和教材内容的要求，从学生实际出发，努力完成教学任务。
2. 认真备课。熟悉课程标准和教材内容要求，了解学生实际，明确每节课的目标及要求，设计并写好教案。
3. 认真组织好课堂教学，不断改进教学方法，指导学生改进学习方法，培养学生良好的学习习惯，保质保量地充分发挥课堂教学作用，扎扎实实地完成每课时教学要求。
4. 认真布置和批改作业。要根据教学要求，精心布置作业并及时收发。批改要讲求实效，搞好讲评，引导学生及时订正错误，扎实学好每项绘画技能。
5. 认真辅导。要按照因材施教的原则，热情辅导学习暂时落后的学生，尽力帮助他们跟上教学要求，对成绩优秀的学生，注意引导他们发挥其特长。
6. 引导学生树立正确的人生观，价值观，培养团队合作意识。
