Job Description:

1.Support the selection/qualification of components and suppliers in the SOP phase
2.Ensure that products meet the quality requirements of customers
3.Focus on supplier performance ranking
4.Non-conformance tracking, STS, SAP data maintenance
5.Failure analysis and follow up corrective action
6.Implementation and control of appropriate supplier quality assurance measures throughout the complete proces
7.Development/maintenance of the SQM process in accordance with the quality guidelines
8.Minimize the duration and costs of the process, avoid frictional losses and gaps in the interface to the development departments and other QA departments
9.Implementation and execution of consequent supplier management activities to track any quality deviation (zero tolerance for defects)
10.Supplier process audit and follow-up and PCN/PTN
11.Support logistics and purchasing departments in case of escalation
12.Perform incoming inspection according to corresponding incoming plan which are available in SAP and archive records of inspection results
13.Support to draft component inspection instructions
14.Block and release component status in the SAP SQM module
15.Closely track component stock status

1.Bachelor degree in Mechanics or Electronic Automation, or equivalent
2.1-3 years of working experiences in procurement processes and in procurement-related functional area
3.Experience in utilization and application of advanced Quality Management Tools
especially in the area of mechanical suppliers desirable
4.Experience in performing and leading Quality Audits (Process, System) preferred
5.Process knowledge,Technical (Product) knowledge,Quality knowledge in the Automotive industry,English,IT-Tools and methods,MS-Office.
