Responsible:
1. Manufacturing floor space planning
2. Coordination of the floor space planning based on the indications of the departments, including all office areas, outside space
3. Planning and Overview of the factory services needed to run a plant. ( electricity, gas, air, nitrogen, special materials, equipment, machines, floor loading, ……..)
4. Standardization of factory standards like width of aisles type of doors, power connection system, color of floors, walls , doors, environmental standards like composition of the ground on the shop floors
5. Upgrade standard documentation and implementation guideline.
6. Planning of micro logistics between production lines and warehouse
7. Knowledge share between BUs/FFs/Office area.
8. External exchange of experience.
9. Support other BU/FF/office incase of need to cover peaks;
10. Support on specific improvement projects nominated by management;

Requirement:
1. Bechalor degree in Industrial Engineering and related field;
2. Knowledge in Lean Management
3. 2-3 years working experience in lean of manufacturing
4. Advanced skill in English
