- 普通话标准，良好的语言表达和交流能力

- 身体健康，适应一定强度的户外活动
- 能较为自由、充裕地支配业余时间，能提供工作日服务时间的优先考虑

- 接受为期3个月（双休日及部分工作日晚上）的专业新培训师培训，并考核合格
