岗位职责(Job Duties)：

1) Deal with daily calls and visitors, arrange meeting room and relevant schedules;

处理日常来电和访客，安排会议室和有关行程；

2) Handle in-out mails, dispatches letters, magazines and newspapers;

处理内外邮件，派发信件、杂志和报纸；

3) Book tickets and hotels;

预定机票和酒店；

4) Assistant on other related office administration affairs.

协助其他相关办公行政事宜。
