主要工作Main missions:

1. Product Interface:
- Be the interface with the product engineer (D&D) regarding follow-up of the product conception: from the acquisition phase till Start of Production
- Ensure manufacturing feasibility, participate to product FMEA
- Lead product engineering change during series production - Act as driver for engineer change team ( Between Faurecia D&D center, Plant Quality, Sales, Purchasing, and Customer engineering team)

2. Process design:
- Define cycle time in line with takt time and standard operations
- Integrate ergonomics principles in product and production line design
- Establish manufacturing routines and release manufacturing process documents - Assy fixture and tools design

3. Process implementation:
- Define production equipment specifications and ensure equipment delivery and installation in the plant

4. Continuous improvement:
- Carry out process productivity analysis
- Implement improvements action plans
- Lead VA/VE activity to improve material productivity

5. Other job assigned by dept, manager


任职资格Qualification of Candidate

1. Bachelor’s Degree in engineering
2. Minimum of 5 years’ experience in manufacture or engineering area
3. Good technical skills on product and process of Air vent
4. Strong communication skills with customer and functional department
5. International mindset 6. Minimum bi-lingual (English required)
