The Position

As a Sr. Manager, Market access, you will be responsible for ensure new/line extension/ existing products succeed in market by reimbursement issues solved, mainly focused on central level.

• Strengthen partner relationships with national reimbursement institutes: MoHRSS, CHIRA, Social Insurance Center, Social Insurance Institute etc.
• Ensure the expected products to be enlisted into the updated Reimbursement Drug List ,
• Support on Strategic Market Access to set up reimbursement strategy for new product
• Establish reimbursement data base to support on reimbursement analysis and local RDL lobbies
• Reimbursement Project Management

• Bachelor degree or above
• Superior interpersonal and excellent communication skill, both internal and external.
• Excellent ability of issue analysis and solving.
• Fluent in English, listening, speaking, reading and writing.
• Well-developed networking ability.
• Ability of innovation, proficient skill of team management.
• At least 4 years’ experience of relative position in multi-international Pharmaceuticals company,
