Main responsibility:

1.Perform a range of activities to facilitate the timely and accurate import, export, and shipment of materials, equipment, products, packages, and documents;

2.Prepare customs declarations and other required documents that describe the goods and materials being shipped and comply with all import/export regulations.

3.Keeping close tracking on import/export status and prepare related reports, communicate with relative parties timely.

4.Import and export process in accordance with the laws and regulations.

5.Maintain tracking system, import/export documents.

6.Dealing with freight forwarders and other vendors to verify customs requirements and negotiate shipping costs and times.

7.Work with the supplier schedulers to expedite the delivery time, shorten the lead time.
8.Manage and stock all customs declaration documents (at least for declaration files ,packaging lists

Requirement:

1.Knowledge of the global logistics supply chain / Knowledge of transportation and Customs.

2.Use of SAP systems/ might be Comp@ss SD Key user.

3.Use & application of QRQC methodology

4.A good level of English is essential and it is desired to be able to communicate with the Customers in their language.

5. Indispensible competences: communication and Customer orientation
