Job description / Mission
1. Leading sourcing team per assigned business line to accomplish company strategic sourcing goals and objective, in close coordination with internal as well as external stakeholders; coordinate one commodity among sourcing competence centres;
2. Develop realistic & obtainable localization and savings goals to responsible divisions and ensure actions are being taken to achieve these goals;
3. Search and choose qualified suppliers with competitive total cost in timely manner;
4. Commercial negotiation including price & payment terms to keep reducing the material purchasing cost and a healthy cash flow;
5. Supplier management activities to achieve the best quality, leadtime reduction, On Time Delivery; lead & implementation improvement ideas;
6. Implement evaluation & audit plan for all suppliers;
7. Keep tracking and improving the quality of supplier; work together with SQE team to develop and implement quality improvement targets and programs for all suppliers; support SQE for supplier quality issues resolve;
8. Support Parts & Service sourcing engineers to promote more private branding of Atlas Copco parts;
9. Actively engage in implementing best practices in all areas of sourcing, organization design and development, cost modeling, developing enhanced supplier relationships etc.;
10. Generate a high level of teamwork between all departments, ensure constant coaching and development of all team members.

Competence/ Educational requirements
1. University graduate or above, majored in mechanical engineering, or related area;
2. Competent in negotiating skills and assessing vendors;
3. Coaching skill with good leadership;
4. Professional interpersonal verbal and written communication skills required;
5. Must have highly developed organizational skills including the ability to prioritize, handle multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines;
6. Capable to adapt to multicultural environment with teamwork oriented
7. Flexible and mobile
8. Fluent in spoken and written English;
9. Proficient with Microsoft office product.

Experience requirements
1. Strong engineering background and knowledge is a must;
2. More than 5 years purchasing experiences in global company, experiences in team leader position is plus.
