Accountabilities 工作职责
1.Closely follow up governmental EHS regulations, prepare and submit EHS reports, registration forms, conduct required permitting process and conduct related testing timely;
2 Ensure regulatory compliance related to environmental, social, safety and biosecurity issue. Timely identify the applicable EHS regulation and standards;
3.Lead management team with development and implementation of Environment, Occupational health and Safety System. Lead EHS audit annually on all sites
4.Develop, monitor and report KPIs for Environmental, Health and Safety. Regular EHS report on a monthly base to mgmt. and board.
5.Implementation and Maintenance ISO140001 and OHSAS180001 management system; Schedule and conduct internal audit at least twice a year, report the effectiveness of the system’s running status in Management Review.
6.Develop and Implement Emergency Response Plan; Lead timely safety talk, Identify potential trouble, initiate and implement corrective and preventative action plan;
7.Work with related departments to define Personal Protection Stuffs standard, conduct audit to monitor if employees well equipped;
8.Monitor each type of special equipment in good conditions;
9.Conduct professional disease examination and keep record;
10.Investigate and transact work-related injury and take up correction plan, send report to concerned people/team timely;
11.Timely communicate with the site management on EHS performance and metrics;
12.Deliver EHS training to employees

Knowledge Skills & Experience 知识/经验/技能要求
1. BS in engineering, Occupational Safety & Health, Environmental Science or related discipline;
2. 4+ years of MNC EHS working experiences.
3. Knowledge of Chinese EHS State regulations;
4. Excellent oral and written communications skills;
5. Positive influencing skills in a team environment of dispersed management.
