具体要求如下：
1. 本科学历，化学、化工或高分子相关专业；
2. 性格开朗，善于与人沟通交流，能独立完成工作；
3. 动手能力强，能吃苦，有工作主动性与上进心；
4. 流利的英语听、说、读、写能力。
