1.Independently design the strategy for the overall project load. Has complete
responsibility for managing / leading projects including planning, scheduling,
coordinating and following up. Personally execute the strategy or direct one or more workgroup members in implementing the action plan. Promote technology of interest inside and outside the company. Present technical information such as new products, technologies, methods, processes, etc. to internal and external
customers and industry conferences
2.Plays mentor role in department workgroup; provide technical advice and training to colleagues. Works well with a variety of people including technical, plant, business, customers, etc. May supervise/direct one or more workgroup members in their projects and assignments. Share technical knowledge with internal and external customers.
3.Actively participate in safety/waste programs and steadfastly adheres to safety
standards/policies. Conceive of projects and ideas to contribute to the overall growth of the company. Use available resources and databases to regularly
review technical information, patents and literature pertinent to fields of expertise. Document and communicate technical work and findings via timely
verbal updates, emails,voicemails and well written correspondence and project reports both personally and through direct reports. Keep an organized, up to date laboratory notebook and other documentations; maintain project and time track records. Takes initiatives to develop plans and ideas to improve workgroup and implement them. Determine capital needs and make purchase decisions.
