工作职责：
1. 协助市场开发经理建立项目流程及项目计划，基于实验数据得出结论。解决项目过程中遇到的问题，促使项目顺利进行。运用技术知识及经验增强项目能力。成长技术知识及远见。
2. 坚持贯彻安全政策及标准。及时向主管、项目组长及其他相关人员口头汇报项目进展，同时及时以邮件方式发送项目报告。
3. 同销售代表一起拜访客户，针对客户提出的问题给出解决方案。对客户提供指导，帮助他们使用我们的产品，以展示我们的性能优势。
4.参与部门内部的集体活动，为解决部门内部存在的问题或改善工作流程出谋划策。
5. 协调实验室项目，与研发部门通力合作。

能力要求：
1. 三年以上聚氨酯及相关领域现场客户服务经验，有硬泡，PU相关工作经验，能协助客户处理现场技术问题，进行工艺、配方等的调整
2. 良好的沟通及解决问题能力
3. 适应经常出差
4. 英语作为工作语言

Job Responsibilities
1. Assist Market Development Manager in projects and assignments following established procedures and project plans; draws conclusions based on experimental work. Helps solve problems and makes projects successful. Enhance projects and assignments with technical knowledge and experience. Grows technical knowledge and vision.
2. Participates in safety/waste programs and steadfastly adheres to safety policies/standards. Communicates project results (internally to supervisor, project leader, requester, etc) via timely verbal updates and emails as well as timely, well written correspondence and project reports. Orders/communicates supply and chemical needs.
3.Call on customers jointly with sales persons, to provide technical solutions to problems encountered by customers. To provide guides for customers to employ our products, and able to exhibit the performance benefits.
4.Participates in department workgroup; contributes ideas and suggestions for improving department infrastructure and work processes.
5.Coordinates lab activities and programs and assigns appropriately lab work to R&D lab technicians.

Requirement:
1. 3+ years working experience in PU，specialized in rigid or related area, can help the customers to solve the problems on site and do adjustment as needed.
2. Good communication skills and problem solving.
3. Accept frequent business trips.
4. English as working language.
