Job Description:
Inventory report reconciliation ( MRB inventory report vs total inventory report), to ensure vender inventory report accuracy
- Weekly reconciliation between MSFT SAP (excel) and supplier invoice tracker, to ensure General ledger and cost center is correctly captured
- Weekly reconciliation between MSFT SAP and JDM1 B2B transactions, and ensure Qty in transaction is correct, and provide report for decision on supplier corrective actions. And highlight for system mapping corrections or journal entry adjustment if any mismatch
- Scan through JDM1 cost tracker excel and consolidate the PO creation/ invoice processing list
- Provide reporting input in Total inventory risk report, last time buy report
- Can support Asset cycle count, or inventory cycle count, and Physical Inventory count
- Monitor scrap process, and ad hoc observe physical inventory scrap
- Weekly scrap list report
Job Requirements:
1. University degree major in Finance or Accounting;
2. Minimum 5 years relevant working experience as Finance Analyst or costing controller in Manufacturing Company;
3. Understanding financial reporting, management finance, knowing Tax laws and regulations;
4. Familiar with MS-Office packages;
5. A member of teamwork and excellent apprehensibility
6. Good command of English both in spoken and written;
7. Good communication skills and interpersonal skills;
