Principal Responsibilities
?Supplier quality control process evaluation;
?Often work in supplier sites to verify whether suppliers are following the set routines and requirements during manufacturing process;
?Communicate with supplier when there is deviation, ask supplier to take corrective and preventive actions and monitor the implementation
?Implement the necessary measuring and inspection in supplier site with supplier inspector together; and verify the supplier’s inspection/test reports;
?Check all necessary quality control documents which we ask supplier to provide before delivery;
?Working with supplier together to develop effective tools and methods to avoid quality issues happen and keep improving;

Education:College degree majored in machinery or welding;

Minimum Years of Work Experience:5 years

Skills
?5 years manufacturing engineer working experience in steel structure products company;
?Be familiar with mechanism drawings and welding technology;
?Enough operating experience on welding will be prefer;
?Be familiar with the measuring or inspection equipments usage for steel structure parts;
?Good interpersonal skills to work effectively with others;
?Good at English will be prefer;

Language Skills Requirements
He/She must be fluent in Chinese， good English will be prefer

Travel Requirements
Exceed 50% annually and 6-month durations; Training is not included
