"Develop processes, equipment, tooling, and control systems, so that;
- Products produced meet design specifications
- Processes comply with safety and environmental requirements
- Processes achieve required quality, throughput, reliability, and yield"
Improve welding equipment and process to drive continuous improvement;
Manage welding engineering projects;
Provide technical support in welder traininig.
Identify machine & equipment needs and recommend solutions to management;
Schedule and execute preventive maintenance of core operations daily;
Assist in new product development and production process improvement;
Develop and maintain documentation of processes, systems, and procedures.
Qualifications:
Experience:
3 years working experience in Welding
Education/Training:
BS in Welding, Material Engineering or Mechanical Engineering
Physical Demands:
Competencies:
Be familiar with ASME code;
Knowledge of working efficiency, manufacturing, safety & environment;
Good English level (both written and spoken);
