Training Specialist
Job description:
1.planning and executing training strategies
2.establish training management system
3.delivering induction training to all new local staff
4.coordinating and supervising ongoing internal training and development programs
5. designing and updating relevant documents, reports and information management systems to ensure an organized database of employee skills exists
6. Responsible for training results evaluation


Bachelor's Degree
-Familiar with the trianing process
-Formulate and implement annual Training plan & OJT plans
-Skills in factory training
-Minimum 3 years of working experience in training
-Excellent verbal and written English
