- University or college graduate
- Over 2 year working experience as a professional Medical Representative with impressive sales record
- Over 1 years supervisor or DSM experience in professional pharmaceutical company
- Self motivated and possessing good team maneuvering capacity, good problem solving and analytical skills
- Strong leadership, good communication skills

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- To support, motivate and lead Medical Representatives to achieve assigned target and performance requirement.
- To develop capacities of Medical Representatives by effective and sufficient coaching.
- To find and foster subordinates with high qualification.
- To achieve the target sales and control expenditure in accordance with the budget.
- To ensure the sales team to follow the working plan and company policy/ industrial code.
- To be responsible for sales expense allocation to ensure the most effective sales result.
- To ensure the most suitable market allocation to subordinates for sales achievement.
- To build a highly motivated, professional and well organized team.
- To be responsible for territorial action plan and ensure its implementation.
- To be the owner of territory academic events and ensure its effectiveness.
- To take care territories VIP and key supporters.
- To reflect market and competitor information and recommend counteractions to superior and related departments.

— 负责下属市场分配以达到业绩最大化;
— 建设高度激励、专业和有组织的团队;
— 负责区域行动计划和保证执行;
— 负责区域学术活动并保证效率;
— 关注区域重要客户;
— 反馈市场及竞争状况,向上级及相关部门建议行动方案;

1. Sales achievement on target of the team.
2. Listing quantity & quality of the team
3. Daily/monthly report on accuracy and effectiveness of subordinate.
4. Efficiency on expenditure spending of the territory
5. Information management on clients in terms of quantity and quality of subordinates
6. Improvement of subordinates and coaching skill/ efforts
7. Well organized and professional on territorial action plan.
