Job Description (in order of importance)
Provide customers with technical support by phone, e-mail or on site
Installation, maintenance and repair work on ZSK extruders
Promotion of spare parts sales
Support to sales team
Reporting of performed services and on site conditions
Provide assistance to German engineers during larger projects
Education
Bachelor degree or above, major in electrical.automation or mechanical or other related majors.
Certification. license & Special Training
Experience
At least 3 years experience in installation and maintenance of production machines
preferably in the plastic or petrochemical sector
Strong mechanical background on installation, maintenance and repair of rotating equipment.
At least 3 years working experience, in the petrochemical sector is prefer.
Experience with on site project management is an advantage.
Critical knowledge and Skills
Familiar with PID drawings
Or Experience with Siemens S7 and/or B&R PLC
Experience with WinCC
Fluent in English both written and spoken
Able to work independently well in team
Willingness to travel
Customer orientated
Problem solver
Ability of working under pressure
