Job Description 1. Keep close attention to latest law/regulation, study its impact to the company operation, conduct gap analysis, and follow up any remedial actions.
2. Update local regulation register pool.
3. Provide legal compliance advice under supervision of direct report.
4. Help direct report to review sale and promotion materials and any other documents which need compliance approval.
5. Help to participate in special compliance review/inspect project required by regulators or direct report.
6. Assist direct report to implement AIA Group and AIA China compliance program, such as Anti-corruption, Economic Sanction, Record Retention, Data Privacy, and Anti-fraud.
7. Conduct legal compliance training to internal staffs and agents.
8. Complete any other projects assigned by direct report.
Job requirement:
1. Minimum three year's working experience; past job in financial institutions is preferred.
2. At least bachelor degree;
3. Major in legal is preferred;
4. Fluent in oral and written English;
5. Good communication skills.
