POSITION OBJECTIVE
Ensure IntelliQuoter is the standard tool for all calculations and quotations. Provide support for continuous improvement and success of Service Agreements. We act as the most competent speaking partner in matters regarding customers maintenance and service of their equipment.
IntelliQuoter System (IQS): is a web based service quotation tool that provides a standard solution for the Parts and Services business to calculate costs and revenues for the different service activities. The calculations are based on equipment selection, running conditions and service delivery scope over the complete lifetime of the equipment. The basic job of IQ Technial Specialist is to put preventive maintenance activity information, preventive maintenance parts and kits list with life cycle and other service information into the system to support parts and services business.
IQS是基于网络的售后报价工具。通过对各种维护项目计算成本和收入，为配件和服务业务提供标准化的报价方案。在整个寿命周期内，这种计算基于车型、设备使用环境、提供服务范围等信息。IQ专员的基本工作就是把定期保养计划、定期保养所需零件和零件包连同它们的使用寿命、其它服务信息等录入系统，以支持售后市场业务。
PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES
？ Prepare IQS parts data for Preventive Maintenance, Consumables and Safety Stock.
？ Audit IQS parts Life Cycle and Labor Hours with Technical Support team.
？ Prepare and load Serial Number BOM’s to IntelliQuoter web application.
？ Prepare Parts Consumption Plans for all Mining and Rock Excavation Service Division fleet.
？ Prepare Maintenance Plans and Maintenance Task Lists.
？ Support for rebuild kits and service exchange parts initiatives.
？ Perform other duties as required and assigned
PERSONAL CHARACTERISTICS
The principal problem solving aspect of the position will quickly analyze technical parts issues and opportunities to provide appropriate solutions. This position requires interaction with Mining and Rock Excavation Service personnel, and other Divisional departments, in order to support Customer Centers and Dealers to prepare quotes for Preventive Maintenance Plans, Parts Only Plans, Fixed Price Jobs, Service Agreements and Extended Warranty Agreements.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
Professional Degree is preferred. Work experience,skills and product knowledege will be considered.
Special Knowledge, certification or License:
？ The position requires knowledge of Service BOM structures.
？ The position requires good computer skills, and knowledge of MS OFFICE.
？ Knowledge of ERP systems, BPCS, MOVEX, SAP, MFG PRO.
Work Experience (Minimum Required):
The position requires 3- 5 years experience in Technical Service, Technical Engineering, Heavy equipment Parts and Services, or extensive Manufacturing experience.
REQUIRED PHYSICAL EFFORT
The physical requirements of the job include sitting, walking, standing, keyboard and phone activities. Extended periods of time may be spent at a desk using software applications and office equipment.

IntelliQuoter is based on equipment specific information, such as component life, service labor hours, pricing, stocking guidance, preventive maintenance kits and maintenance task lists, that is prepared by the Product Company. The application is also dependant on customer specific information, such as customers, locations, environmental factors, labor rates and landed cost, that is prepared by the Customer Centers. IntelliQuoter has a user friendly quote wizard with only 7 steps to follow, with all the necessary information already prepared in advance and having the calculations embedded in the application, the quotation itself becomes very quick and efficient. IntelliQuoter provides our customers with much shorter response times for their inquiries.
So you need to understand and have the basic knowledge of the maintenance and service, and have good competency of understanding machine structure.

IQ 是基于设备的由工厂提供的具体信息，比如：总成件的使用寿命、维修人工时、价格、库存建议、定期保养零件包、定期保养计划等。它的使用也与客户信息有紧密关系，需要有客户中心提供，比如：客户类型、地理位置、环境因素、人工价格水平、运输费用等。IQ使用方便，仅需7个步骤所需信息嵌入计算器。通过高效计算，对客户的问询快速响应。
所以本职位需要对设备维护、维修有基本的知识和理解，同时对设备的层级结构有很好的理解力。
