KEY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES/主要职责 ( include EHSS responsibilities)

？ Be responsible for the EHSS and Product Stewardship of related area and positions to ensure compliance of the company policy and regulations and national laws and related regulations.
？ Ensure all accounting transaction comply with GC guideline.
？ Closely work with NJ Project/Engineering team to enhance Fixed Assets Management.
？ Improve the accounting system internally.
？ Make sure all internal and external report correctly and timely.
？ Collect the updated taxation regulation and give professional suggestions to the management.
？ Liaise with local authorities, such as Tax Bureau, Statistics Bureau.
？ Coach other team members for daily operation.
？ Other related accounting work.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATION/必备条件(education, language, expertise, functional competencies)

？ Good speak fluent English and be able to work in English-speaking environment.
？ Good communication skills both with other departments within our organization and our customers, government, etc.
？ Familiar with national and local law.
？ Knowledge about ERP system; experience in SAP will be a plus
