KEY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES/主要职责 ( include EHSS responsibilities)
？ Ensure EHSS legal compliance by identifying and evaluating new or updated laws and regulations.
？ Support occupational health and environment impact assessment during design and operation phase.
？ Support process safety management during design and operation phases.
？ Develop EHSS procedures as need, focus on process safety and occupational health but not limited to.
？ Support other departments to do risk assessment concerning Management of Change or new activities.
？ Review JRA regularly.
？ Organize and conduct EHSS trainings.
？ Organize EHSS inspections and follow up corrective and preventive actions.
？ Organize incidents investigate and root cause analysis as need.
？ Create ERP drill plan and coordinate ERP drill as need.
？ Coordinate and support environment monitoring and tests.
？ Coordinate and support occupational health surveillance and food hygiene.
？ Be responsible for EHSS data statistics and EHSS reports.
？ Be responsible for EHSS documentation archiving.
？ Build up relationships with local EHSS authority.
？ Other EHSS related works assigned by direct supervisor.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATION/必备条件(education, language, expertise, functional competencies)
？ Very good overall EHSS knowledge
？ At least 3 years relevant experience in EHSS
？ 3 years or above in Chinese college, majored in engineering, safety engineering, EHS or one of the equivalent.
？ Good English communication, fluent in written and oral.
？ Self motivated, independent, well organized and team player.
