Responsibilities:

? Safety first, create a culture that everybody follow safety instructions and achieve zero safety accident
? A world class assembly system that utilize state of art assembly technology and automation in secure assembly quality
? Give clear mission to the production organization; Develop a production organization that support world class quality, on-time delivery, competitive cost and sustainable growth
? Develop & manage the production management system to secure sufficient production management processes is in place to ensure repeated results including a proper process to material shortage, rework process, training and defect parts disposal etc.,
? Develop all procedures and processes to ensure the ISO9001, ISO14001 and OSAHA 18001 system is fully operating
? Set up quality plan in production system including in process quality control plan, function test procedures and non-conformity actions plan
? Implement Lean assembly and logistics, reducing lead times and inventory and securing flow of parts and products through the value chain.
? Secure Product Quality on a world-class level.
? Increase the Assembly Capacity in line with divisional requirements.
? Implement 5S on a world-class level.
? Ensure compliance to the QA-EMS-OHS Management system to ensure the maintenance of the company's ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 certification and compliance to OHS legal requirements.
? Implement the applicable sections of The Way We Do Things in Atlas Copco.
? Support and grow people in line with our corporate values Interaction, Commitment and Innovation.

Experience Requirement:

? Production management experience with a proven track record of the implementation of Lean/DFT or Flow orientated assembly
? University degree or equivalent in Engineering, preferably Mechanical Engineering
? Fluent in English and Mandarin
? Computer literate with training/experience in ERP or MRP systems
