职位描述
Overview:
· Plan, organize, direct and control the operating functions of the company in Continuous Improvement. Responsible for the Continuous Improvement training and implementation in the operating units of the company. This also includes the skill development of the Site Continuous Improvement Leaders and CI Training for Site Managers, Supervisors and Managers and Teams.
· Responsible for implementation and basic oversight responsibility of health & safety (HS) programs and Environmental for Meritor facilities in Asia Pacific
Core Responsibilities:
· Overall MPS Awareness Cascade/Training
· Technical development and implementation for continuous improvement at the sites.
· Developing and managing the measures of continuous improvement efforts for the operating units.
· Providing leading edge skill development.
· Technical expert for Meritor sites on industrial hygiene, health, safety and environmental programs with a base level to Meritor standards. Coordinate with local country consultants and site experts to meet country and local laws and regulations (consult and confirm with legal), and training.
· Manage corporate HS&E program initiatives for Meritor facilities. Ensure effective and efficient development of the key safety processes, programs and procedures and monitor implementation by facility personnel.
· Develop project plans required for introducing new HS&E initiatives in existing Meritor facilities and installation in new facilities and programs.
· Manage compliance with all local, provincial, and International regulations.
· Perform internal HS&E audits in Meritor facilities. Coordinate and support periodic external audits and risk assessments in Meritor facilities.
· Act in an advisory capacity to the facilities on regulatory compliance matters, using supporting services as required (local experts, consultants and Meritor HS&E).
· Assist the facilities in special training needs and implement standard trainings required by Meritor or local regulation and custom.

Technical/Professional Knowledge and Skills:
1.Lean manufacturing, 6 sigma knowledge and implementation skills
2.EHS concepts and rules, regulations.
3.Solid understand of production and operation management.
4.Strong training and coaching skills.
5.Demonstrated capability and knowledge of Microsoft Office (i.e. Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
Education/Certifications:
· Bachelor Degree or above in Manufacturing, Mechanical Engineering or Automotive.
Required Qualifications:
· Minimum of 10 years experience of manufacturing assemblies in the automotive or mechanical Industry with above 5 years experience in a supervisory role with in a manufacturing environment.
· Previous production management, CI implementation and EHS related experience is preferred.
Demonstrated ability to coordinate from concept through project implementation.
Strong oral and written communication skills for reports, data analysis, issue research and resolution, program development, and heavy customer interaction.
Ability to manage multiple assignments and anticipate customer reaction.
· Ability to travel for domestic and international trip.
Preferred Qualifications:
Relevant certifications and discipline training. Examples for Health and Safety are Certified Safety Professional (CSP)/Certified Industrial Hygienist (CIH), Certified Hazardous Materials Manager (CHMM), Professional Engineer (PE).
Previous experience in commercial vehicle industry.
MBA degree.
