Key Responsibilities

l Responsible for all-rounded HR functions including Recruitment & Selection, HR operations, rewards & benefits and performance management

l To lead the design, development and implementation of operational staffing initiatives.

l Provide HR Partnering management coaching and counseling

l Provide advice and guidance to more junior members of the HR team as appropriate

l To acquire progressive recruiting experience for new hires up to managerial level.

l Handle ad-hoc HR projects to provide high standard of HR services

l Design and deliver the management training program

l To assist in other HR projects as assigned

Requirements and Qualifications

l Degree qualified and minimum 5 years related experience

l Experience in formulation and execution of HR and T&D strategy that support the achievement of business objectives

l Solid understanding of recruiting and excellent problem-solving with sound judgment and decision-making skills

l Organization and project management skills in leading a project

l Ability to work effectively with a cross-functional team, Good teamwork player and can get high working pressure

l Demonstrate proven experience in all staffing and administrative areas of HR including

l Excellent listening and communication capability

l Fluent in English
