职位描述
1、根据各区域的年度招聘需求，开拓招聘渠道拓，规划招聘模式，完成招聘任务；
2、控制招聘预算，在合理范围内使用预算，建立招聘渠道资源库，定期汇报渠道拓展工作进展；
3、进行当地招聘渠道的招聘能力及配合程度评估；
岗位要求：
1、本科以上学历，人力资源或招聘岗位三年以上工作经验，有呼叫中心或保险电话营销中心招聘工作经验优先；
2、熟悉当地招聘渠道及学校资源，拥有良好的渠道沟通技巧；
3、熟悉中介公司拓展流程，有独立的市场开拓能力；
4、了解呼叫中心及电话销售的业务模式，熟悉大规模的招聘及选材流程和工作内容；
3、反映灵敏，思路开阔，强烈的责任心；
4、较强的人际交往能力，良好的文字、口头表达能力；
5、持续的学习能力和宽广的知识面，具有较强的抗压能力；
6、具有较强的信息与资源应用能力及团队领导力，具有一定的分析及决策能力；
7、熟练使用和应用计算机软件，包括word, excel, ppt等；
8、亲和力强，能在压力下工作。
