Job scopes:

1.Product and process quality improvement for defined areas of responsibility.
2.Improve process quality to reduce/eliminate dependency on inspection.
3.Develop, implement, and lead the process audit process. Develop process and system audit checklists and schedules, and audit to established procedures and standards and define improvements.
4.Maintain accurate and complete records of audit results and corrective actions. Develop trends of process and system audit results, and follow-up on audit results to ensure completion of corrective/preventive actions.
5.Be knowageabel of manufacturing process to the extent to allow the training and coaching of line personnel.
6.Coordinate the implementation of ECN (Engineering Change Notice). Lead the engineering change projects, which might be new model introduction, new material verification, and other process change related event.

7.Assist with the processing of Nonconforming (NC) Material. This will involve interaction with Supplier Quality Engineers, Buyers, and Material Coordinators.
8.Generate NC's and work with various departments to provide efficient and timely flow of rejected material.
9.Assist in writing and proofing new and updated procedures and work instructions.
10.Use the Continuous Improvement Process (CIP) and tools to improve Quality Management Systems.
11.Serve as a quality representative for record retention efforts as needed.
12.To implement ISO 9000/14000/18000 seriously and improve quality / environment / Occupational Health continuously.

Requirements:

1.At least 2 years experience with manufacturing processes including product calibration and manufacturing business systems, is required.
2.2+years of auditing experience with products and processes is desirable.
3.Bachelors Degree in Engineering
4.Familiar with Quality Management Support Systems
5.Proficient in Microsoft Office
6.Fluent written and oral communications skills in both English and Chinese
