One famous Germany company located in Jiangnin Development Zone is looking for a good candidate as its Mechanical Design Manager.

Job scopes:

- Leading mechanical design department
- As the main interface, in charge of technical communications with parallel departments, HQ based in Germany;
- Project management in new product design and new product launch;
- Mechanical machines design;
- Technical support for sales, manufacturing, assembly and procurement department during production and

launch of new products

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree or above in mechanical engineering field
- 2 years of leading experience at R&D department at least and 5 years or above of design experience in

mechanical products. Work experience in plastic machinery industry will be a plus
- With good understanding of manufacturing and assembly process and cost structure
- Experience on new product development project control
- Good at CAD and MS Office. Experience of Solidwork CAD and CAM will be a plus
- Outstanding team working spirit and excellent communication skills
- Fluent English or German in speaking, writing and reading
