Job scopes:

- Help identify, evaluate, and assess suppliers.
- Participate and support global commodity teams in developing and implementing local supply strategy.
- Lead the effort throughout the supplier development phase in planning and developing local suppliers to meet

the goals and objectives set by the global commodity teams.
- Responsible to coordinate communications and activities between commodity teams and suppliers in the
supplier development phase.
- Using CIP, Lean and Six Sigma, and other tools, identify and implement improvements in supplier's overall
capabilities.
- Coordinate with suppliers on Global and local supplier initiatives and activities.
- Participate in regular supplier performance reviews.
- To implement ISO 9000/14000/18000 seriously and improve quality / environment / Occupational Health

continuously.

Requirements:

- BSME, BS Metallurgical Engineering, or BSIE
- Strong technical skills in appropriate engineering field. Commercial and management experience a plus
- Be familiar with ISO system

- Have 3+ years of experience in developing Chinese local suppliers of mechanical parts and be familiar with the

market landscape for such products and suppliers.

- Have 5+ years of experience with modern metal parts fabrication operations.

- Have experience in managing and/or negotiating commercial issues with suppliers.

- Have experience in operations, as well as supply chain or commodity management functions, and be wellversed
in Lean and Six Sigma methods.
