One famous US company located in Jiangnin Development Zone is looking for good candiidate.

Job scopes:
- Develops and establishes all organization-wide quality policies to ensure compliance at the lowest possible cost.
- Cooridnates with other function managers in planning and implementing quality programs.
- Establishes quality testing policies and process, eg. process control, material inspection, ISO, CAR etc.
- Directs and reviews all quality reports.
- Reviews Customer Experience Reporting for the purpose of meeting customers satisfaction in both products and services.
- Manages and executes quality programs that lead to improvements in quality, costs and overall efficiency.
- Advises management on the overall quality standard of products and processes.
- Manages and develops the whole QC department staffs.
- Take other job assignments allocated by leaders.

Requirements:
- 5+ years Quality leadership experience at management level, including an excellent knowledge of manufacturing operations, product quality standards, specifications, laws, and regulations established by various federal, state, and local agencies.
- Must be skilled in continuous improvement philosophies and the effective use of quality improvement tools such as Six Sigma, lean etc.
- BSME, BSEE, BSIE or the equivalent. Advanced degree preferred.
- Have in-depth experience in Quality System development and implementation, product reliability, testing and senior level management systems.
- SPC, Lean/Six Sigma Black Belt Certification is preferred
- Expert in Six Sigma methodologies and other recognized best-in-class quality system methodologies.
