职位描述

Job scopes:

1. Functions as a key member of the senior management team. Support the Company's vision and
strategy for its products and embrace the challenge of establishing the company's manufacturing and
quality operations.
2. Assess the overall divisional manufacturing strategy and implement a comprehensive action plan
that will optimize the supply chain between the various lines and overall manufacturing cost structure.
Closely manage process planning and execution of processes.
3. Provide the operational leadership and innovation required to assure rapid and profitable company
growth. Participate in the preparation of corporate business plans, strategic operating plans and budgets.
In support of corporate objectives, establish operational plans and goals relative to budget and labor
force. Implement performance measures, policies and programs where appropriate.
4. Develop and implement performance measurement indicators to constantly improve the efficiency
and productivity of manufacturing operations. Ensure that plans will enhance operating margins and
have a positive impact on overall performance.
5. Transition manufacturing to a leaner, more responsive, integrated system.
6. Promote a culture of quality, reliability, and customer satisfaction throughout manufacturing and the
Company.
7. Ensure that the plants operate optimally and smoothly. Facilitate the allocation of necessary tools
and equipment, as well as employee training in order to promote the highest standards of quality.
8. Work closely with the Strategic Sourcing, Material and Purchasing to identify and assess the benefits
of partnering with particular vendors, subcontractors and companies, and initiate such partnerships as
appropriate, to successfully leverage each division's production capabilities.
9. Interface closely with design engineering to ensure new product launched are manufacturable within
cost and quality targets.
10. Recruit, train, develop, motivate and monitor the performance of employees for whom he/she is
responsible.
11. Prepare clear concise communications to the management team across the organization, as
requested, to keep management informed of division operational status and plans for the future.
12. To implement ISO 9000/14000/18000 seriously and improve Quality / Environment / Occupational
Health continuously.



Requirements:

- University degree in Engineering or Business Management
- Training in Lean, 6 sigma is preferred

- Minimum 5 years' experience in related areas, and 2+ years in management level.
- At least 2 years' experience in foreign-invested manufacturing enterprises.
