1. Lead and cordinate on financial analysis process across the region and prepare total regional variance bridges for AOP, forecast and actual results for business review. This involves the gross margin analysis including price reports collection and analysis, productivity reporting and analysis as well as SGA/hedcount reporting and analysis????K..
2. Handle cross SBU (TEI) related business accounting and analysis include OSM reports, actual results analysis, transfer price analysis as well as planning and forecast process.
4. Prepare the monthly/quarterly results report for leadership team such as ranking of performance, Innovation reportings, PE/PM budgets and actual reporting, etc.
5. Assist and coordiante the regional monthly, Quarterly forecasting process for headcounts, engineering costs, innovation revenue, etc
3. Optimize working process/tools/templates and conduct training to entity FPA.
6. Cordinate regional financial related projects and ad-hoc reportings/jobs assigned by manager.
Job Requirements:
??a€????“ Bachelor's degree (at least) in Accounting, CPA/CMA or MBA preferred. With accounting/finance working experience of 5~10 years with strong potential. Background in manufacturing enterprises or large distribution organizations is preferred.
??a€????“ Possess strong analytical and research skills and a good understanding of business. A solid understanding of major factors which will directly result in an organisation???????s profitability, and hold proactive attitude to control.
??a€????“ Computer literated. Familiar with today's major financial system applications and databases. Excellent skills in MS Excel and Powerpoint.
??a€????“ Strong communication skills in Mandarin and English. Possess strong skills in coordination with cross functional departments.
??a€????“ A good team player/leader and possess high potentials to develop in a multi-national organization.
