A global leading company is looking for a aftersales operations manager, you will manage all aspects of the delivery of all field-based activities. You will based in Changshu and report to GM.

About the Organisation:

Available on five continents, product is comprised of construction hoists, industrial elevators, mast climbing work platforms, transport platforms, material hoists and after sales support services.

Key Responsibilities:

? managing all aspects of the delivery of all field-based activities, covering service & installation of industrial lifts and construction hoists, throughout china and overseas markets;
? providing a technical support service to our field team and our customers;
? through best practice people management, manage, recruit, develop and motivate the team of field engineers together with office-based support staff;
? providing operational support to sales & project teams across the business;
? delivering on profitability targets for all field-based revenue streams.

Key Requirements:

? successful management and development of a customer-focused service & installation field operation in a technically challenging environment;
? technically qualified, ideally as a mechanical engineer at hnd or degree level;
? demonstrable success as a passionate man-manager, developing a positive team culture;
? pragmatic, driven and dynamic with a strong desire to succeed;
? commercially & financially astute.
